Why I Created Hummm

​After two decades leading transformations at companies like Google, Yahoo, Paramount, and Disney—while mentoring women, creatives, and rising professionals behind the scenes—I saw a pattern: so many brilliant, capable people were still waiting for permission to lead.


I created Hummm™ to change that.

Hummm is the platform I wish I had when I was navigating identity shifts, battling imposter syndrome, and trying to break into rooms that weren’t designed for me.
